Albert C. Swearingen

Albert “Bull” C. Swearingen, 75, of Leesburg, GA, passed suddenly Sunday, May 13, 2018 at Lillian G. Carter Health and Rehabilitation, in Plains, GA. The family will hold a memorial celebration of life at the home of Tracy and Christy Swearingen on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 3:00 p.m.

Born in Marion County, GA to the late Joseph and Lora Swearingen, Albert grew up in Leesburg, GA. Bull retired from Lee County Public Works. His hobbies included cooking, fishing, spending time on the lake, and socializing with family and friends.

Survivors include his children Albert “Big Al” Swearingen of Leesburg, GA, Kricket (Willie) Hale of Desoto, GA, Tracy (Christy) Swearingen of Leesburg, GA, grandchildren Ashli Farris, Mandy Swearingen, Kelly (Clayton) Cook, Justin (Paige) Swearingen, three great grandchildren, a brother, James Lewis Swearingen, and a sister, Sarah Moreland. In addition to his parents, Albert was preceded in death by a brother, Grady Joe Swearingen.
