Date of Birth: | March 31, 1935 | | Date of Death: | July 10, 2010 | | Obituary: | The graveside memorial service of Mary Arlene Bragg Porter, 75, of Albany, GA who died Saturday July 10, 2010 at her residence will be conducted Sunday July 18, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. at Riverside Cemetery. Rev. Kenneth West will officiate.
A native of Funston, GA, Mrs. Porter had resided in Albany most all of her adult life. She was a home maker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by a son, Clinton Thomas Porter and a daughter Nancy Lynn Porter.
Survivors include her sons, James (Marty) Porter, Albany, GA, Ernest Richard Porter, Taylorsville, GA, Johnny Porter, Thomas Porter, William Porter all of Albany, GA, a daughter, Tina Porter DeJager, Lawrenceville, GA, two sisters, Willie Clyde Harbin, Locust Grove, GA, Julia Morris, Indiana, thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
