| Obituary: | The graveside funeral service of Carolyn Johnson Bernstein., 80, of Cuthbert GA, formerly of Albany, GA who died Thursday, June 10, 2010 at Southwest Georgia Regional Medical Center, will be conducted Monday, June 14, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Floral Memory Gardens Cemetery. Dr. Emil Askew will officiate. A native of Baker County, GA, Mrs. Bernstein was a retired Sales Clerk at Kmart in Albany, GA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Toby Bernstein and parents, Benjamin Franklin Johnson and Sally Irvin Johnson. Survivors include two sons and their wives, John and Donna Bernstein of Shellman, GA and Keith and Sheila Bernstein of Tallahassee, FL, a sister, Louise Morrell of Lee County, GA, six grandchildren, Jonathan Bernstein, Lindsey Bentley and her husband, Kenny all of Shellman, GA, Geoffrey Bernstein of Tallahassee, FL, Jamie McCullough and her husband, James of Parrott, GA, Sarah Bernstein of Tallahassee, FL and Taylor Roland of Shellman, GA and five great-grandchildren The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
