| Obituary: | The funeral service of Curtis Norman Zeigler, 77, of Albany, GA, who died Monday, May 31, 2010 at Lee County Health Care, will be conducted Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 11:00 A.m. at Mathews Funeral Home. Rev. Carrie Austin will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. A native of Fayetteville, AL, Mr. Zeigler had resided in Albany, GA for the past forty one years, moving from Macon, GA. He was a retired auditor at the Marine Corps Logistics Base and was an auditor with, FDIC and the IRS. Mr. Zeigler was a Navy Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict, a member of Albany First United Methodist Church and a member of the Golden Key Club. Survivors include his wife, Naomi Zeigler of Albany, GA, a son and his wife, Lowery and Jo Anne Noles of Eastman, GA, a daughter and her husband, Melody and David Ellis of Albany, GA, a brother and his wife, Mickey and Carolyn Zeigler of Fayetteville, AL, Five grandchildren, Cameron Ellis, Jordan Ellis, Becky Wyatt, Bob Noles and Keith Noles, four great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Mathews Funeral Home.
