A native of Bellville, KS, Mr. Cornett had resided in Albany for the past twenty years moving from Kansas. He was employed by Coca-Cola Bottling Company-Consolidated at the Sylvester Branch. He was of the Methodist faith and was preceded in death by his brother Rodney Cornett.
Survivors include, his wife, Cheryl Cornett, Albany, GA, a daughter, Sara Jane Cornett, Slina, KS, two step-daughters, Jessica Salyer and Kimberly Gusek, both of Palm Bay, FL and two grandchildren, Colton Jackson and Ryan Jackson.
