| Obituary: | The funeral mass for Donald B. Leishman, 74, of 178 Edinborough Dr., Leesburg, GA who passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2010 will be conducted, Friday at 11:00 AM at St. Teresa’s Catholic Church. Rev. Finbarr Stanton will officiate. Interment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery. A native of Jersey City, NJ, Mr. Leishman had resided in the Albany and Leesburg, GA area since 1976 moving from Winter Park, FL. He was employed with Addison Steel for twenty six years, last serving as Vice President of Purchasing. Mr. Leishman was a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church, an honorary member of the Knights of Columbus and was an Army veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, George P. Leishman, Sr. and Helen Teresa Cashin Leishman and a brother, George P. Leishman, Jr. Survivors include his wife of forty-five years, Barbara Leishman of Leesburg, GA, who was the love of his life, his foundation and his best friend. Their children, Helen T. Morris and her husband, Jay of Lawrenceville, GA and Kateri Justice and her husband, Ron of Leesburg, GA, his grandchildren are, Chandler Rowe, Benjamin Galinski, Dakota Justice, Jessica Justice and Cody Justice, a brother, Thomas P. Leishman of, Oregon, a sister, Lucille Moloney, New Jersey, a sister-in-law, Dorothy Leishman of Connecticut and many nieces and nephews. Rosary services will be held and the family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
