| Obituary: | The funeral service for Bobbie Chatman, 69, of 137 Worth Rd. who died Friday, June 27, 2008 at her residence, will be conducted Tuesday, at 11:00AM at Floral Memory Gardens. Mr. Donnie Phillips will officiate.
A native of Pelham, Mrs. Chatman had lived in Albany since 1961, moving from Bartow, FL. She was a homemaker and a member of East Albany Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Hammack of Sylvester and Cathy Griffin of Albany, a brother, Roy Elrod of South Carolina, five grandchildren, Amy Wiard and her husband, Mike, Bobbie Monday, Jordon Hammack, Brenda Griffin and Jeff Griffin and seven great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00PM until 4:00PM at Mathews Funeral Home.
